P. The Story of the 'Fab Four'

How The Beatles where born

John, Paul, George and Ringo ~ the Beatles ~ were the world’s first Supergroup. They took the world by storm throughout the 1960s and early 70s, and their music still influences and threads through our lives today. And yet their beginnings were very humble indeed.
In this talk, Ken tells how the group began; how Paul McCartney and John Lennon first met; how Ringo replaced Pete Best, the group’s first drummer; and of their time in the Red-Light district of Hamburg.
Ken goes on to talk about their first manager, Alan Williams, and of the influence, success, and tragedy of their final manager, Brian Epstein.
Ken follows the four lads on their journey from their home streets in Liverpool to the cities and hearts of the world. Ending with how Beatles influenced and were themselves shaped by the Hippie Culture and Psychedelia, and also by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, this is a story that touches the lives of so many of us.
