17. An A to Z of Little-Known Liverpool

A new style of talk, in that you are given an alphabetical list of little-known, and fascinating people, places, and buildings around Liverpool. You then choose a few of these from the list to learn more about - it's fun and informative, with lots of cries of ''well I never knew that!''

For example, you might choose some of these -
The Athenaeum Club; hidden Chorley Street; Gog and Magog; the John Hayes Wilson Gazebo; the Indian Mutiny Memorial Cross; Little Bongs; Mount Sion; the Apotheosis of Nelson; the Pyramid Tomb of Rodney Street; Stanlawe Grange and the Tunneling Monks; The Victoria Monument and 'Willy'; 'X' Marks the Spot; and The Yellow Submarine.
